A unique restaurant in Oslo
The menu features handcrafted wild game burgers and steaks from moose, venison, reindeer, wild boar, and even kangaroo. Everything is made from scratch, most of the dishes are prepared on a Robata flame grill for a bold, smoky flavor.
In addition to the wild game dishes, Helt Vilt serves traditional and seasonal dishes, such as reindeer stew from Northern Norway and traditional Norwegian Christmas food in November and December.
Guests can enjoy a handpicked selection of fine wines, local beers, aquavit, mead, and a variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for a complete, authentic dining experience.
Helt Vilt can accommodate groups of up to 52 people, with a partially sheltered section of the restaurant that seats up to 36. For larger groups, we offer an exciting range of tasting platters inspired by the finest flavors from the fjords and mountains.
