A unique restaurant in Oslo
The menu consists of handcrafted wild game burgers and steaks of moose, venison, reindeer, wild boar and even kangaroo.
Everything on the menu is made from scratch, most of the dishes are prepared over a Robata flame grill.
Besides the wild game dishes, Helt Vilt serves traditional and seasonal dishes, such as reindeer stew from Northern Norway and traditional Norwegian Christmas food in November and December.
Customers can enjoy a hand-picked selection of good wines, local beer, aquavit, mead, and other drinks with or without alcohol for a complete and authentic experience.
Helt Vilt has the capacity to accommodate groups of up to 52 people. We have a partially sheltered part of the restaurant that can seat up to 36 people. For groups, we can offer a selection of exciting tasting platters inspired by the best flavors from the fjord and mountains.
